AI Terms

These AI Terms explain important limitations and responsibilities when using AI-powered features in WebDecky AI Studio.

1. AI-assisted service

WebDecky AI Studio uses artificial intelligence and related processing technologies to assist with tasks such as writing, image generation, image analysis, design, video, GIFs and book creation.

2. AI output is not guaranteed

AI-generated results may contain factual errors, unwanted details, omissions, unexpected styles or other mistakes. You should review every important result before relying on it.

3. Human review

You are responsible for checking generated content before publishing, distributing, selling or otherwise using it. For professional, financial, legal, medical, educational or other high-impact decisions, obtain appropriate human or professional review rather than relying solely on AI output.

4. Prompts and uploaded material

You are responsible for the material you submit to AI Studio. Do not upload confidential, sensitive or personal information unless you have a lawful basis and understand how the applicable feature and provider may process it.

5. Third-party AI providers

Different Studio features may use different AI models or external providers. Depending on the feature and current configuration, submitted prompts, images or other inputs may be transmitted to an applicable third-party provider for processing.

Third-party providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, usage limits and content rules.

6. Rights and permissions

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any text, image, audio, video or other material you submit. Do not use another person's copyrighted or private material without appropriate permission.

7. Generated-content rights

AI-generated content may be subject to copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy and other legal considerations. The availability of an AI-generated result does not by itself establish that you have unrestricted rights to use it for every purpose.

You are responsible for checking the laws and third-party terms applicable to your intended use.

8. No uniqueness guarantee

AI systems can produce similar or substantially similar results for different users. We do not guarantee that an output is unique or that another person has not received a similar result.

9. Prohibited and harmful use

You must not use AI Studio for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, fraud, harassment, malicious activity, infringement of another person's rights, or other uses prohibited by applicable law or the Terms & Conditions.

10. Provider and model changes

AI models and providers can change their capabilities, behavior, availability and policies. As a result, the same prompt or workflow may produce different results at different times.

11. Protect important work

AI-generated files should be backed up when they are important. The Studio does not guarantee permanent storage or continued availability of every generated result.

12. Responsible use

Use AI as an assistant and evaluate its results critically. Do not present unverified AI-generated information as fact when accuracy matters.
