WebDecky AI Studio

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information WebDecky AI Studio may process when you use the Studio and how that information is used.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to WebDecky AI Studio and describes the information handled by the Studio when you visit or use its features.

2. Account and authentication information

AI Studio uses authentication provided by the WebDecky platform. When a protected Studio feature is used, the Studio validates the WebDecky session and receives the authenticated user's account identity needed to provide account-specific functionality.

The Studio uses a WebDecky session cookie for authentication. The Studio does not ask users to provide their WebDecky password directly to AI Studio.

3. Content you submit

Depending on the feature you use, you may provide prompts, text, images or other supported files. For example, image-analysis and image-processing features may require an uploaded image, while book and creative tools may receive text or other project inputs.

Please do not submit information that you do not have permission to process or that you would not want handled by the applicable service providers.

4. Generated and processed files

AI Studio may store files needed to complete or retrieve supported jobs. Depending on the feature, this can include generated images, videos, books, audio and other processed files. Jobs are associated with the authenticated WebDecky user where applicable so that account-specific job information can be retrieved securely.

5. AI and third-party services

Not every AI operation necessarily runs on the same system or provider. Depending on the feature and the current configuration of AI Studio, requests or files may be processed by third-party AI or infrastructure providers. These can include external AI services used for particular generation or processing capabilities.

Because provider availability and configuration can change, users should review the AI Terms before submitting confidential or sensitive material.

6. Provider credentials

AI Studio can be configured with credentials for supported AI providers. These credentials are application configuration data used to communicate with the relevant services. Users should never place their own private API credentials into prompts or uploaded content.

7. Technical and operational information

The application may process technical information necessary to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service, such as request information, error information and information associated with jobs and service operation.

8. Cookies and sessions

The Studio uses the WebDecky authentication session to determine whether a user is signed in. Browser storage and other technical mechanisms may also be used where necessary for application functionality.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and operational measures intended to protect application data and authentication information. However, no internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Data retention

Information and generated files may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the operation of the relevant feature, account functionality, security, troubleshooting or other legitimate operational purposes. Actual retention can vary by data type and service configuration.

11. Third-party policies

When a feature uses an external AI, hosting or infrastructure provider, that provider may process information under its own terms and privacy policy. The applicable provider's policies may therefore also apply to information sent to that service.

12. Your choices

If you have a question about information associated with your use of AI Studio, or need assistance with a privacy-related request, contact support@webdecky.com.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Studio, its features or its data practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised update date.
