These Terms & Conditions govern your use of WebDecky AI Studio and its available tools and services.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using WebDecky AI Studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Studio.

2. The service

WebDecky AI Studio provides AI-assisted and digital-content tools that may include text generation, image generation, graphic design, GIF creation, video generation, image analysis, image upscaling, background processing and book creation.

Features, models, providers, limits and availability may change over time.

3. Accounts

Some Studio features require an authenticated WebDecky account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity carried out through your account.

4. Your content

You are responsible for prompts, text, images, files and other material that you submit to the Studio. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use submitted material.

You retain responsibility for determining whether your use of submitted or generated material complies with applicable law and any third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Studio to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or abuse its infrastructure or AI providers.

You must not use the Studio to create or distribute content that is unlawful or that violates the rights of others.

6. AI-generated content

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, inappropriate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using, publishing, selling or relying on it.

The Studio does not guarantee that generated content is unique, accurate, error-free, legally suitable, or free from similarities to material created by others.

7. Intellectual property

You are responsible for determining whether your inputs and intended use of outputs comply with applicable copyright, trademark, privacy and other laws. Rights in AI-generated material can depend on the applicable law, the input material and the terms of the AI provider involved.

8. Third-party services

Some Studio features may rely on third-party AI or infrastructure services. Their availability and operation may be outside our direct control and may be governed by additional terms.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Studio useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be modified, suspended, replaced or discontinued as the service develops.

10. Service limitations

The Studio is provided as an AI-assisted creative service. You should maintain appropriate backups of important work and should not rely on the Studio as the sole storage location for critical files.

11. Suspension or termination

Access may be restricted or terminated where necessary to protect the service, users, providers or other parties, including in response to abuse, security concerns or violations of these terms.

12. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Studio and its AI-assisted outputs are provided without guarantees that the service will meet every particular requirement or that generated results will always be accurate or suitable for your intended purpose.

13. Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated when the service or its requirements change. Continued use of the Studio after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
